Griffon Aerospace, a leader in the exciting Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) and composites industry, is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support ongoing UAV projects. You will work closely with Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Engineering and UAS Flight Operations Staff. You will assist in maintaining materials and inventory, including kitting for production aircraft, to ensure that all project requirements are met. POSITION SUMMARY

The inventory specialist's primary responsibilities are to conduct inventories on a daily, weekly, monthly basis, help the Material Planner with kitting material for different assemblies, receive in completed parts against work orders, inspect completed kits and issue to end user for production.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Experience working with a MRP system.
• Review Bills of Materials to determine the needed materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and status including accuracy, segregation and rotation.
• Attention to detail, the ability to follow through and a high level of customer service skill.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and implement change.
• Experience and comprehension of personal computer applications such as Microsoft Excel/Word
• 3 Years of inventory experience preferred.

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or Higher.
